We are doing workouts, running, cardio, HIIT, etc without knowing our heart rates, where it is touching, what’s the peak, where we need to hold on, we keep on pushing our limits for better results. This is not fair game. U can’t get results within a few days. Go slow, go long. In addition to it, our sedentary lifestyle, stress, irregular health check-ups lead us to heart attacks during workouts.  

To avoid this, first, we need to do regular check-ups and need to track our heart rate while working out. Monitoring heart rate will help you to keep down while doing highly intensive workouts and nowadays the market is packed with smart watches, which we should wear before we start the workout.

 Calculation for max heart rate 220- Age = MHR

 Whenever u touch MHR during workout pls stop and make it normal and start again…  Stay safe and healthy
