Aman is a Nutrition and Fitness Coach who has helped men, women, and children create sustainable, healthy lifestyles through coaching, proper nutrition, and helping them develop healthy eating habits. A fitness enthusiast, Aman has over 15 years of fitness and training experience and has devised targeted programs which are a unique combination of Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Animal Flow, and Tabata. He is also a Certified Fitness Coach from MD University UK Fitness Education, and Diploma in Dietary Supplements from Fab Academy, California US, and has a Food and Health Advisor certificate from Stanford University, US.
